Terms and conditions

Booking and deposit

• A booking becomes binding for both parties once the deposit invoice has been paid (approximately 50% of the price of the ordered services). Until the deposit due date, the preliminary booking (option) remains valid.
• By paying the deposit invoice, you agree to these booking and accommodation terms.

Arrival and departure

• You can check in from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 am.
• A different arrival or departure time can be agreed in advance.

Accommodation rules

• Pets are not permitted in our accommodation facilities.
• The use of your own heating appliances (for example a kettle or immersion heater) is prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited in the guesthouse and cottage areas.
• Exceptions are possible only by prior agreement with the accommodation provider.

Cancellation terms

If ordered services are cancelled, we charge the following cancellation fees:

7–3 days	60% of the price of the ordered services
less than 3 days	80% of the price of the ordered services

Cancellation fees do not apply to people who do not start their stay because of illness documented by a doctor’s certificate. Instead of cancelling, we will be happy to offer you a change of date.

Accommodation price

The accommodation price is governed by the current offer in the online booking system, or by the accommodation provider’s individual offer. The price includes all taxes and fees.

Consumer information

Before concluding an accommodation contract, we provide you with information under § 1811 and § 1820 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended.

• Accommodation provider: Relax Point Hynčice s.r.o. – identification and contact details are listed above.
• Main business activity: provision of accommodation services.
• Service: the accommodation provider provides accommodated guests with accommodation and services related to accommodation under the terms agreed in the accommodation contract.
• Price: the total price for the services provided is determined by the current offer and includes all taxes and fees.
• Payment: the accommodated guest pays the payments agreed in the accommodation contract in cash or by bank transfer to the accommodation provider’s bank account. The accommodation provider will communicate the account number and variable symbol in writing.
• Costs of distance communication: these are determined by telecommunications service providers and do not differ from the basic rate.
• Withdrawal from the contract: in accordance with § 1837 letter j of the Civil Code, the accommodated guest as a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the accommodation provider provides the performance on a specified date.
• Governing law and language: the relationship between the guest and the accommodation provider is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Contractual communication takes place in Czech.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr. Česká obchodní inspekce is also the supervisory authority for consumer protection under Act No. 64/1986 Coll., on the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
