Chata Stará Škola

Who the cottage is for

Chata Stará Škola has served schools, walkers and cyclists for many years. After the interior was renovated and a guest kitchen was added, it is just as good a choice for a trip by several families or a group of friends – you can also rent the whole cottage.

• Families travelling together – a private room for each family and a shared kitchen.
• Groups of friends and clubs – a common room with a bar with beer on tap and a fire pit in the garden.
• Schools – outdoor school stays, school ski courses, sports and get-to-know-you stays. Details are on the Schools and groups page.
• Walkers and cyclists – bike and ski storage, with routes into the mountains straight from the cottage.
• Winter stays – the slopes of the Kraličák ski area are right in Hynčice.

Rooms and facilities

The cottage has 43 beds in 9 rooms. On the ground floor you will find a spacious common room with a bar with beer on tap and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. In the basement there is space for bikes, skis and other equipment.

Meals

If you do not want to cook, we can prepare half board or full board for you. For school stays we can provide meals up to five times a day, including drinks throughout the day, and for celebrations or gatherings we can prepare a buffet. We always agree the scope of catering in advance.

Outside

Around the cottage there are large grounds where you can play games, sit by the fire pit or have a barbecue. A large car park is directly by the property.
