Visiting the website

• The website is static. It does not use cookies, browser local storage, analytics tools, advertising or tracking code, and it does not contain any forms.
• We operate the website on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. On every visit, technical data sent by your browser is necessarily processed – in particular your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and browser details. This is used to deliver the page and to protect the website against attacks and misuse. The infrastructure provider may keep this data briefly in operational and security logs and may show us aggregated traffic statistics that are not used to identify individual visitors.
• The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details of processing are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Communication by email and phone

When you write to us or call us, we process your contact details and the content of your message so that we can answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or handle a booking. The legal basis is steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We keep the data only for as long as necessary to deal with the matter, or for the period required by law.

Online booking and links to other websites

• The booking buttons redirect you to the Agnis online booking system. The data you enter in the booking is used to handle the booking and to conclude and perform the accommodation contract.
• Webcams, maps (Mapy.com) and pages for trip destinations are separate third-party websites. Our website does not load them automatically – you connect to them only when you click a link. They then follow their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can send your requests to us by email.

If you believe that our processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
